Missy Houston has spent 30 plus years developing a successful background in sales and marketing and over a decade in the real estate and auction industry. She grew up in the Chattanooga area, attended the University of Tennessee, and settled in Knoxville after graduation. Having two children, she raised her family in Knoxville. She grew a successful real estate team and auction company there. In 2016, she moved to Nashville and gained experience working on the development side of the business as a broker for a large residential developer. Gaining experience in brokerage management, she worked as the Director of Business Development and Marketing for one of the largest real estate companies in Nashville, with 7 offices and over 1,000 agents. Moving back to Knoxville after COVID, Missy is now the owner of Legacy Realty and Auctions. Her diverse outlook on the real estate market makes her the perfect broker/auctioneer to work with investing, selling, or auctioning property.
